Fortnightly Group Coaching

A space to exhale, reflect and gently reconnect with yourself alongside women who truly understand. This will be a sacred space to be together, and learn from each other. Sessions may include discussions, coaching, checking in, and celebrating small wins.

Monthly Webinars

Pre-recorded deep dives that focus on you - the woman beneath the many roles you hold. Themes will be chosen based on what the group needs and feedback provided by its members. These may include: Inner Safety, Identity beyond motherhood, Glimmers, Desire, Capacity and Self-Trust. This is the content that you get to choose when and if you review - in your time, your pace.
